Jacent, a leader in retail merchandising, is seeking a Part Time Merchandiser to join our dynamic team, dedicated to optimally positioning products and enhancing sales for our clients. This role is pivotal in implementing merchandising strategies across various stores within a designated territory. By managing inventory, arranging promotional materials, and ensuring product visibility, you will directly contribute to our mission of helping brands flourish in a competitive marketplace. Execute merchandising plans across multiple retail locations. Maintain the visual appeal of products through strategic placement and display techniques. Regularly restock shelves and ensure promotional materials are displayed prominently. Collaborate closely with store management and staff to optimize product exposure. Monitor inventory levels and report any stock issues to management. Gather feedback and observations from the store and customers, reporting back to central teams. Adapt to varying store needs based on promotional activities and seasonal changes. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions on the fly. Detail-oriented with strong visual merchandising skills. Capacity to handle physical requirements of stocking, including lifting and bending. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Merchandising certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
