You will guide customers through one of the biggest purchases of their lives using a consultative, low-pressure approach. Digital Communication: Engage with customers where they are—effectively using email, text, Facebook, and Instagram to showcase our inventory. Expert Guidance: Listen to customer needs and assist them in selecting the perfect vehicle. Product Knowledge: Become a "Vehicle Authority" by staying up-to-date on the latest automotive technology and features. Demonstrations: Perform professional vehicle walk-arounds and test drives. Who You Are (Requirements): The Personality: You have a "people-first" attitude. If you've spent years "reading the room" in hospitality or retail, you’ll be a natural here. The Communicator: You are comfortable talking to strangers and can build rapport quickly over the phone, in person, or via text.
