Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Analyst to enhance
operational excellence within a customer-driven model in the
healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop expert knowledge of the product lifecycle for Insurance
Discovery and maintain operational reporting
Evaluate and monitor data quality from clients to drive business
decisions for increased recoveries
Assist in the development and mentoring of other analysts on the
team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
Hands-on experience using SQL for creating or modifying stored
procedures
Proficiency in Excel, particularly with pivot tables and charts
Experience with healthcare Electronic Data Exchange (EDI)
