Our company is currently looking to add a Loader to our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced and qualified to perform a variety of duties related to the production of residential doors. We're interested in hiring individuals who are responsible and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team which loads product (doors) onto trucks for transport to our customers.
• Checking quantity and quality
• Reporting all shortages, overages, or damages to lead.
• Using the forklift, you will also place product being shipped in trailers.
• Follow all SOP and safety procedures. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Basic Math; Basic skill in being able to read and verify orders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of forklift operation, including safety procedures, and truck loading/unloading. (Preferred but not required)
  • Communicate with Team Leader and co-workers
  • Experience working with minimal supervision and as part of team
  • Experience verifying quality/accuracy/count of delivered products. Verify materials (species and size) to correctly receive the proper products.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly., bending, twisting, stooping, excellent dexterity,
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
