General Description:
The Site Supervisor Janitorial Services position provides
supervision and direction for staff of 20-25 cleaners and crew
leads consisting of multiple shifts at large industrial customer
facility.
This position will be responsible for driving CCI's Mission,
Vision, and Values, a crucial part of the strategic plan to drive
success. CCI Industrial Services leads the industry in Safety,
Innovation, and Excellence. CCI's mission is to provide
quality-driven, cost-effective construction, maintenance,
industrial cleaning, power generation, and transportation services
to support resource development companies.
Essential Duties Job Functions:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to

- Ensure a safe work environment.
- Manage employees to maintain a high level of service delivering
janitorial services to a major Industrial Customer.
- Responsibility for crews on multiple shifts.
- Execute a define task list for services delivered on daily,
weekly, and monthly basis.
- Manage service level requests received through a hotline
including logging and reporting of response and resolution.
- Comply with all guidelines, policies and procedures established
by COMPANY while on shift, on call or attending training.
- Communicate daily status of current activities to manager to
ensure all projects are timely and within COMPANY standards.
- Maintain 100% "Compliance Readiness" in all areas or
mandatory/regulatory requirements.
- Maintain 100% "Safety Standards and Accountability" in all
areas or mandatory/regulatory requirements, which include:
- Compliance with required HSE training for all staff under your
direction.
- Taking necessary action when behaviors or conditions around you
may be unsafe.
- Reporting and addressing all potential safety
concerns/incidents/issues promptly.
- Facilitating or participating in COMPANY safety meetings, work
safely and maintain a safe work environment as an employee and
representative of COMPANY.
- Willingly participate and assist in any investigation that may
relate to a safety incident.
- Document and record any injury or near miss incident that may
occur while you are working.
- Attend and participate in required meetings, training,
exercises, and drills.
- Based at a customer's large industrial facility and includes
cleaning services for offices, conference rooms, breakrooms and
restrooms within the complex.
- Dress code is professional commensurate with good industrial
hygiene.
- Hard-toe safety footwear is always required while working.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to speak, write, read and interpret the English
language.
- Ability to obtain TWICS Card within 30 days.
- Ability to clearly speak, write, read and understand the
English language.
- Skilled in interpersonal communication with the ability to work
closely in diverse environments.
- Ability to represent the COMPANY for all day-to-day
interactions with the customer.
- Basic computer experience, including the ability to take online
training, email general reports and use Microsoft Word.
Work Environment:
The work environment characteristics described here are
representative of those an employee encounters while performing the
essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly
works on-site at our customers large industrial facility exposed to
moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and inside
work conditions. The noise in these work environments is usually
moderate to very loud.
- Position may be working with potentially hazardous materials
and wastes.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those
that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the
essential functions of this job. A pre-hire post offer Functional
Capacity Evaluation (FCE) will be conducted to determine an
employee's ability to perform to the job standard. Reasonable
accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities
to perform the essential functions.
- MOBILITY: Must be able to access all controls and all parts of
machinery for service. Must be able to push/pull 100 pounds for 20
feet. Shoveling up to 20 lbs. Frequent walking and standing.
Occasional keyboard use, sitting, bending, twisting, and
reaching.
- HEARING: Must be able to hear audible safety alarms.
- VISUAL ACUITY: Must be adequate to perform above listed tasks
in a safe manner and take hand signals from ground man or flag
man.
- LIFTING: Must be able to routinely lift up to 70 pounds from
floor to waist, 70 pounds from waist level to shoulder height and
carry 50 pounds for 20 feet.
- RANGE OF MOTION: An objective range of motion measurement will
be conducted and recorded using a five position and rapid exchange
grip strength test during the pre-hire/post offer FCE.
Contingencies:
Offer contingent upon ability to pass a pre-employment drug
test.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ten years' experience at the field supervisor level is
required.
- Southwest Louisiana Safety Council Card is required.
- A valid driver's license is required.
