DRIVER OPPORTUNITIES Schwend is accepting applicationsfor southeast regional drivers. All Drivers are generally out during theweek and home on the weekends, with an occasion to be out over theweekend. Pneumatic drivers have a higher likelihood of being outover the weekend than hopper drivers. Those selecting longerperiods out may be accommodated. Driver Pay Schedule Hopper BottomStart at 23% of the gross and work up to 25% of the gross. We alsopay $.25 cents per mile after 50 miles of dead head per load.Hopper rate per mile with never fall below $.45/mile. Pneumaticsstart at 20% of the gross and work up to 22% of the gross andreceive $1.50 per ton to off load. If hauling local loads startingpay is 28% of the gross and goes up to 30% of the gross. Pneumaticrate per mile will never fall below $.50/mile.
