All Drivers are generally out during the week and home on the weekends, with an occasion to be out over the weekend. Pneumatic drivers have a higher likelihood of being out over the weekend than hopper drivers. Those selecting longer periods out may be accommodated. Driver Pay Schedule Hopper Bottom Start at 23% of the gross and work up to 25% of the gross. We also pay $.25 cents per mile after 50 miles of dead head per load. Hopper rate per mile with never fall below $.45/mile. Pneumatics start at 20% of the gross and work up to 22% of the gross and receive $1.50 per ton to off load. If hauling local loads starting pay is 28% of the gross and goes up to 30% of the gross. Pneumatic rate per mile will never fall below $.50/mile. REQUIREMENTS: * Two years tractor trailer experience
* Less than seven points on your MVR
* No DUI, DWI, Reckless Driving or Careless Driving within the past 10 years BENEFITS * Health insurance furnished after probationary period
