JOB PURPOSE: To provide direct supervision of labor and daily
management of Nitrogen pumping operation. Responsible for
monitoring field activities of operators and transport drivers. In
addition, performs administrative tasks with a high degree of
accuracy, and any combination of the following tasks: Customer
Service, Safety and other general duties as required.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following but not limited
Supervise moderate to complex projects with focus on safety and
Conduct Field Safety Inspections ensuring compliance with Airgas
policies and procedures and report findings to the District
Promote safety culture with Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Near Miss
reporting, Safe Start training, and QMS implementation
Reports regulatory compliance issues and concerns to supervisor,
HSE Specialist/Manager as appropriate
Communicates operational status on a continual basis to the
Complete Safety observations and one on one safety conversations
with each associate
Completes evaluations of field associates and provides
recommendations to the District Manager for advancement, demotion,
termination or hiring of employees
Leads, trains, and disciplines pumping associates to ensure
compliance with Airgas policies and procedures.
Supports and participates in the HSEQ & RM programs and objectives
established by the entity
Ensure all fuel receipts, DOT Logs, and SOs are submitted to
District Manager on weekly basis
Attend customer pre-job site surveys and safety meetings
Properly manage fuel purchases, seeking best price/service for an
Complete Job Setup sheet and assist with Airgas Daily Report
Respond to customer requests with Can Do attitude, but be realistic
about equipment availability and response times
Complete initial and periodic operator certifications on pumping
Operates and Nitrogen Pumping units during as needed during field
Assist in the modification and repair of Nitrogen Pumping
Other functions as directed by supervisor

EDUCATION and/or Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and
5 years of industry experience
Current CDL with Tanker endorsements
Must obtain a Hazmat endorsement and TWIC card within 90 days of
Basic knowledge and abilities in Microsoft Excel, Word and office
Working knowledge of nitrogen pumping equipment and products.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of
measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, commissions, proportions, and
