Job Description:
A company is looking for an RCM Team Lead to manage billing
processes and lead a team focused on financial health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure a productive
environment
Build strong relationships with clients and address their issues
effectively
Monitor performance indicators and implement KPI improvement
plans
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
At least 2 years of customer service experience
At least 2 years of experience in medical billing, cash posting,
and charge entry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Knowledge of medical billing compliance regulations and major
insurance payers
