Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Disaster Recovery Specialist to
develop and maintain recovery plans as part of its Business
Continuity Program.
Key Responsibilities
Lead recovery planning with technology groups in support of
specific business units
Perform risk analysis and assist in enhancing the business recovery
process
Act as a subject matter expert during incidents and facilitate
disaster recovery tests
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of
experience in disaster recovery
Experience with application architecture and technology platform
architectures
Proficiency in business process analysis and incident response
frameworks
Knowledge of IT terms and technologies related to disaster recovery
planning
Able to present and facilitate disaster recovery training sessions
for staff and management
