Job Description:
A company is looking for a Policy Review Specialist - Personal
Lines (Remote - NY).
Key Responsibilities
Place outbound calls to customers for policy renewals and targeted
book roll activities
Analyze customer insurance coverage and suggest upgrades or changes
to retain and grow the customer base
Track quote activity and generate reports summarizing results for
management
Required Qualifications
Associates degree and 2+ years of experience in customer service
and/or sales, preferably in the insurance industry
Current NYS Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license
Proficient PC skills and knowledge of insurance administration
software preferred
Self-directed with good decision-making and time management
skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
by phone
