Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Enrollment Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in driving key performance indicators, enrollment goals, and
priority workflow
Analyze data and enrollment reporting to identify productivity
concerns and enrollment pipeline opportunities
Manage daily operations, supervise staff, and track team metrics to
meet department goals
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated consultative sales experience and management of
high-volume call metrics
Prove experience supporting families and schools with complex
enrollment requirements or phone-based admissions experience
Bachelor's Degree required, 1+ years of supervisory or management
experience strongly preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of customer service and call handling
procedures
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
and Outlook365 suite
