Support Services to users and devices :
Laptop, Desktops, Tablets, Computers peripherals, Printers (MFP,
Label printers),Mobile Devices (iPhone, iPad, DECT),Bar code
scanners, Audio and video conferencing devices in coordination with
OEM, OT device coordination
Job description :
On-site touch support Services to users and devices for IMAC,
break-fix, 3rd party co-ordination, desk-side support, and smart
hands activities
