The Quotation Specialist is responsible for obtaining market information and providing quotes utilizing sales experience and technical knowledge to prepare packages for various projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
---Primary focus will be sourcing and pricing large project bids.
---Must work closely with various departments within the organization.
---Generate product and price quotes, as required.
---Maximize financial results (revenues, margins, etc.) and meet Customer Timelines/Dead Lines.
---Improve customer service and satisfaction by building relationships with vendors.
---Attain and exceed sales goals through increased market share, both existing and new business.
---Work closely with the Credit Department, Upper Management and the Attorneys to ensure the proper wording on terms and conditions. Other duties assigned.
---Special projects, as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
---High School diploma or GED
---Minimum 3 years' experience in PVF sourcing required
---Familiar with product and application knowledge
---Excellent customer service skills (verbal and written)
---Strong presentation, marketing, and negotiating skills
---Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
---Ability to prioritize and manage task and deadlines
---Knowledge of SAP preferred.
---Proficient project management skills and able to multi task
