Summary:The Team Leader is a responsible member of the OR Leadership team. Uses available resources to meet physician and customer needs. Role reflects a balance between management and clinical practice. Works with OR Supervisor to promote a Team Environment and maintains good communication with Director, Surgeons and Staff.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of OR experience in the specialty Knowledgeable of AORN guidelines and CSPH policy Two years of acute care experience in the specific specialty is preferred. BSN preferred but not required CNOR preferredWork Type:Full Time
