Voovio Technologies is in search of an individual with a background
in Engineering or Manufacturing that is looking to be a part of our
innovative digital transformation solution in the process
The Customer Success Specialist will work directly with our
Customer Success team to ensure that our customer's needs are
understood and met. The Implementation Specialist will be heavily
involved with onboarding new customers by working closely with our
Sales/Operations, Customer Success, and Production teams.
Location : Looking for candidates based in Louisiana or Eastern
Texas. Regular travel to customer sites.
Travel : Around 50%
Responsibilities : Provide group and 1:1 training sessions (virtual
or face to face) for customers on how to use Voovio's tools and
Document operator performance on simulation modules as well as
collect other performance data that may be used in the customer
Assist our operations team, including but not limited to:
Document operator performance on simulation modules, collecting
site performance data
Help obtain, analyze, and present business case data assist with
project management for key accounts
Attend customer meetings and help demonstrate our Enhanced Reality
Establish and maintain positive long-term relationships with key
client accounts and key strategic partners.
Support customers with IT challenges.
Create customer resources for our Enhanced Reality products.
Analyze customer operating procedures for completeness and
facilitate the discussion with plant SMEs to ensure plant operating
practice(s) are in line with operating procedure(s).
Liaise closely with our U.S. Sales & Operations teams on project
development, identifying new opportunities with customers.
Work (virtually) with our production team in Spain.
Skills and qualities :
Knowledge of the downstream industry. Ideal candidates will have
experience of working in a refinery or chemical plant.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation related to
the oil and gas industry.
Ability to problem solve and adapt to challenges quickly.
Strong communication skills both oral and written.
Confident and proven record of using software applications (must be
a fast learner).
Must be team-oriented, working with customer and Voovio personnel
at varying levels of responsibility.
Drive to listen and seek to understand different perspectives.
Ability to confidently administer training sessions.
Ability to work remotely and independently with support from our
U.S. and Spain offices.
Self-starter and Results Focused.
Possess high ethical standards.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar discipline.
Manufacturing or process industry related experience preferred.
Must be computer literate and familiar with standard software
Candidates must have a valid passport and legal status to work in
Must have a TWIC card or meet eligibility criteria to obtain.
Must have a vehicle.
Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment, as required by
the customer, which may include hardhats, steel toe shoes,
