The average pay reflected includes base wages for average hours scheduled and average incentive compensation for this role over a twelve month time period. Like all Aaronxe2x80x99s team members, they share our purpose and passion for making a real difference in the lives of others and the rewards that come from creating strong personal connections for life.xc2xa0nThe Workn * Attainment and upkeep of customersxe2x80x99 accounts including maintaining updated customer information in the store computer system and documenting all customer payment appointments.n * Direct contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s) both in home visits and over the phonexc2xa0n * Sell customers on the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal paymentsxc2xa0n * Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goalsxc2xa0n * Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by managementxc2xa0n * Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returnedxc2xa0n * Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets dailyxc2xa0n * Load, secure and protect product in company vehiclexc2xa0n * Safely operate company vehiclexc2xa0n * Assist the Sales Team as neededn * Any reasonable duties requested by managementxc2xa0nRequirementsn * United States at least 21 years old with a valid statexc2xa0Driverxe2x80x99s License and compliance with the Companyxe2x80x99s Driver Qualificationxc2xa0Policy; including satisfactory MVR (driving record).
