The Supply Chain Project Specialist is responsible for
implementation and oversight of key supply chain metrics,
processes, and initiatives supporting the Mission Systems Commodity
Management and Sourcing Organization. This individual also
maintains and implements supply chain policy and procedures to
drive supply chain process and system improvements and partners
cross functionally to manage process improvement projects and
Management of Sourcing programs, projects and initiatives
including establishing schedules, cadences, report-out
documentation and holding action owners/peers accountable for
Responsible for critical organizational metrics and related
processes, driving metric improvements and process efficiency.
Participates in the development of new metrics and improvement
of existing metrics.
Data analysis to understand metric forecasts and actuals,
identifying key actions to drive metrics improvements and process

processes across Mission Systems.
Optimizes Supply Chain organization efficiencies by identifying
and implementing improved processes, systems, tools, and

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR
