Records maintenance production data, prepares records for filing
and reports on volume of production, consumption of material,
quality of records and other aspects of aircraft maintenance
* Issues, receives and closes task cards used in production
activities. * Receive and track production documents and aircraft
records as required and file records per company and customer
requirements. * Maintain the work status for task cards up to
date at all times, including partial work. * Review of final
paperwork. * Perform other duties as assigned.
* Experience in production control or related data entry or
transnational functions, including monitoring customer orders,
preparing production records and reports and filing records. *
Experience performing data entry, query and reporting functions
utilizing software applications such as TRAX, Corridor or other
systems. * High School Diploma/GED.
* Aircraft maintenance production control, planning or records
management experience on current fleet types being maintained or
modified by the Repair Station.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
* Attention to detail when reviewing data and performing
electronic transactions. * Effective decision-making skills. *
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel,
PowerPoint. * Excellent written and oral communication skills in
order to effectively interact with all levels of staff from
different departments effectively. * Excellent organizational and
problem-solving skills in order to prioritize workload according to
business demands and works well under pressure.
The work is performed in an office environment, aircraft hangar,
at the departure gate, or on the aircraft parking ramp.
This position works the 2pm to 10:30pm shift
