primary responsibility of this job is general data entry in an
accurate and timely manner. Timekeeping and cost reporting may also
be involved, as well as ensuring invoices are approved and returned
to Accounts Payable Department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: include the
following. Other duties may be assigned. Data Entry. Assist with
Timekeeping. Assist with Cost reporting. KEY COMPENTENCIES: Strong
knowledge of Timekeeping/Payroll processes and Contract Management.
Must have a general understanding of SAP and Excel. Must possess
excellent keying skills, good communication skills and base level
writing skills are also required. Must be able to demonstrate good
people skills and the ability to function well under stress. Must
demonstrate a strong willingness to perform repetitive tasks.
Organizational and problem solving skills are very important.
Ability to effectively interface with employees at all levels.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence,
and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively
present information in one-on-one and small group situations to
customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to interact effectively with all people. Strong
communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to add,
subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole
numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply common
sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written,
oral and diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving
several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to
demonstrate knowledge of office related software to include
Microsoft Office or Outlook. Proficient in Excel and SAP.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Completion of some college-level
courses and/or 1-4 years experience Some understanding of basic
level Accounting concepts is desired. Note: The above major
