The Lake Charles Branch is looking to add a
Member Service Assistant to the Team!
This branch knows how to have fun so we are looking for someone
who wants more than just an everyday job - this is a next level,
supportive team that'll get your day started with sweet treats!
Because this position communicates with almost every member that
walks through the door, excellent communication skills, a positive
attitude, and a heart for service are a must!
We rely on our Member Service Assistants to assist members when
possible and/or direct them to the appropriate line for further
assistance if necessary. The candidate must truly go above and
beyond conventional member service. Our Member Service Assistants
are the first point of contact for our members when entering the
Branch and must assist them with their financial needs including,
but not limited to, wire transfers, debit card disputes, gift
cards, loan payoffs, address changes, account closures, ACH
origination forms, backing up the Teller Line on occasion, and
additional tasks and duties as necessary and assigned by the Branch
Manager. Our ideal candidate has a positive, can-do attitude, is a
self-starter and problem-solver with strong member service skills.
They should be able to assist the Member Service Representatives
and Tellers with administrative duties to ensure our members
receive prompt and exceptional service. Additionally, the candidate
should be comfortable in a sales environment.
All candidates who wish to be considered must have a High School
Diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of similar or related
experience to include sales, member service, and administrative
duties. Additionally, computer skills are a must. Candidates must
also be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to
5:00 PM and Saturdays when needed.
