Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Project Manager responsible for
overseeing HR technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR technology projects from conception through
deployment
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure
timely completion
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to achieve
project objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology,
Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in project management, specifically with HR
technology systems
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, such as HRIS,
ATS, and payroll systems
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is
preferred
