Job Description:
A company is looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Compensation
Program Manager to oversee their GTM compensation program.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement GTM compensation plans, ensuring alignment
with business objectives
Manage Salesforce Spiff and oversee the administration of sales
compensation plans, including commission calculations
Analyze performance data and provide insights to optimize
compensation strategies
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations,
or related fields
Expertise in designing and administering variable sales
compensation plans for B2B SaaS organizations
Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and commission
automation tools
Ability to analyze performance data and recommend actionable
insights
Project management skills and a self-driven approach to work in a
fast-paced environment
