Creating Incredible Recruiting here at TriNet--- TriNet Talent Acquisition delivery is on a transformative journey to evolve from a dedicated Inhouse TA function to a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model. As the Recruitment Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in acting as the subject matter expert for the TriNet Hiring community and the RPO team (Recruiters, Sourcers, TA Coordinators). This is a player / manager role and requires equal parts knowledge, delivery, coaching and mentoring. Facilitating the Functional Operations * Enable, optimize and manage the Corporate functions RPO Talent Delivery teams of up to 3* team members to ensure team performance standards of excellence and overall Corporate functions talent delivery SLAs are met. (*team size will scale as business needs change) * Manage and facilitate the optimization of the team for clarity of expectations, near-term results and longer-term objectives. * Model effective collaboration with the business, Corporate functions HR and enabling Corporate functions to achieve needed team alignment and shared vision of success. * Live and role model the TriNet core values, by being collaborative, with a diversity of thought which is respectful to others and creates a sense of belonging. Being an open communicator with an enabling style, committed to creating high performing teams Providing Direction * Partner closely with senior leadership teams (Business / HRBPs) to proactively understand Business needs, organization strategy and develop the supporting plans for Corporate functions talent delivery execution. Development & Optimization of the Talent Funnel * Optimize the team in the identification, engagement, attraction, nurturing and education of the right talent for the Corporate functions. * Enhance TriNet's Talent Brand by proactively sharing and marketing TriNet's Incredible story and Employee Value Proposition (EVP.) * Partner with the Business, HRBP and RPO to identify and build talent pipelines and communities ahead of need. * Using SLAs and KPIs, identify leading and lagging metrics to assess strength of the talent delivery funnel (candidates at top of funnel, conversion rates, CSAT/NPS, etc.) * Partner with RPO management to determine best process and approach to 'manage the funnel' - continually attracting, engaging, nurturing and educating candidates for TriNet Corporate functions hiring needs. * Through the RPO using SLAs, drive adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing & hiring practices across Corporate functions to facilitate talent delivery productivity and predictable quality. * Accountable for operational excellence and TA delivery systems audits to ensure integrity and inform optimization strategies * Partner with the RPO to identify and leverage best practices and technology to drive quality hiring decisions improving Candidate and Hiring Manager experience. * Partner closely with internal teams (TA Enablement, HR Operations, Talent Management, Compensation, Legal, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to ensure RPO are compliant in TriNet processes to protect the TriNet brand. Incredible You * BA/BS + 5+ years of relevant & progressive experience managing a distributed Talent Acquisition function. * Previous experience working for, with or managing an RPO solution highly desirable. * Problem solving skills to address complexity of role; you must have a strong understanding of the Talent Acquisition function and the Corporate functions. * Proven track record of influencing and navigating organizational boundaries and building strong partnerships with all levels of stakeholders to produce results. * A personal brand of management that speaks to inspirational qualities of driving for excellence, solution orientated, being an active listener and engaging communicator. * Talent Acquisition technology acumen and appetite to apply technology for gains in hiring quality (e.g. CRM) and for marketing/pipeline building (e.g. social media and nurturing platforms.) * Acumen in 'evidence-based', data driven management of the Talent Acquisition function.
