Our client, a hospitality industry leader, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping professional to join their team. As a Housekeeping team member, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, maintain professionalism, and uphold high standards of cleanliness, which will contribute to the overall guest experience and organizational success. Job Title: Housekeeping Location: Lake Charles, LA Pay Range: $12 per hour Shift: 8:30am-5pm, 7pm or 9:30am-5pm, 7pm What's the Job? Clean hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and employee and storage areas as directed Maintain and clean all equipment used during shifts, including vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, and cleaning supplies Follow safety and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel facilities Adhere to hotel policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality What's Needed? Willingness to learn and follow directions Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism Basic communication skills in English; prior experience as a guest room attendant is a plus Availability to work on any day of the week, including weekends What's in it for me?
