Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Support
Representative - Client Billing (WFH).
Key Responsibilities
Update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims
following approved SOPs
Evaluate current policies and SOPs, recommending process
improvements
Communicate with physicians, insurance companies, and patients via
telephone
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus
Dedicated work from home space
Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining
productivity
Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second; no
satellite internet
