Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Lafayette, LA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,366 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days 8 hours (8a-430p) Requirements Education Required - Registered Nurse Diploma Preferred - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing Experience Required - 2 Years of Related Experience Certifications Required - Current RN License in the state of practice Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Preferred - Certification in Case Management (CCM) or Health Care Management (CPHM)
