Join a traveling Physical Therapist assignment in Beaumont, TX at an outpatient facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new community. Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings required. Must be able to evaluate patients, develop and modify treatment plans, and provide discipline-specific therapy services. Competence with documentation systems including evaluation notes, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Ability to provide patient education and supervise students when assigned. Demonstrated knowledge of safe patient handling, infection control, and clinical performance improvement processes. Maintain professional licensure in good standing and meet state continuing education requirements. Preferred: prior experience with outpatient orthopedic caseloads and familiarity with functional, community-based treatment planning. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Pattern: 5x8.
