Position Highlights: Full-time role with general community orthopedic call 95% outpatient / 5% inpatient mix Estimated 6–12 surgeries per week Blend of general orthopedics including joint replacement, fracture care, and arthroscopy Strong referral base and collaborative environment Outreach clinic coverage and sign-on bonus available Qualifications: U.S. residency required Fellowship training accepted in all subspecialties except Spine, Hand, or Sports Medicine Board Eligible or Board Certified in the U.S. Why Lafayette?
