Join our team as a Weekend Nursing Supervisor , where you'll guide staff, ensure compliance, and make a lasting impact on patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality care. Conduct resident assessments and oversee treatment planning. Provide direct patient care and ensure compliance with facility standards. Mentor, train, and retain skilled nursing professionals. Promote teamwork, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Current RN license (state of practice). 3 years of nursing experience (preferably in long-term or skilled care). 1 year in nursing leadership/administration. Strong communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills. Weekend availability required.
