We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in
Alexandria, Louisiana — earn up to ($2011 - $2117 per week) while
providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates
will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the

Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting to ensure optimal
recovery. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement
patient care plans. Participate in ongoing professional development
and training opportunities. Monitor and document patient progress
and report any changes to the team. Educate patients and families
on health management and post-discharge care. Engage in performance
evaluations and set personal goals for improvement. Adhere to
safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff as needed.
Manage time effectively to meet patient care deadlines and targets.
Utilize electronic health records to document patient information
accurately. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to
enhance patient care. Experience/Qualifications Valid RN license in
Louisiana with MedSurg experience required. Strong commitment to
ongoing professional development and training. Proven ability to
collaborate effectively with healthcare teams. Proficient in time
management to meet patient care deadlines. Experience in monitoring
and documenting patient care accurately. Experience in utilizing
electronic health records effectively. Strong adherence to safety
protocols and cleanliness standards. Ability to educate patients
and families on health management. Willingness to engage in quality
improvement initiatives. Experience in mentoring and training new
