Job Description Job Description Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) help our team on a PRN basis at Our Lady of Lourdes Women & Children's Hospital in Lafayette, LA . Garunteed Hours Malpractice Covered Diverse case mix : Pediatrics, OB, ENT, General Surgery, Radiology, GI/Urology, and Orthopedics — no Cardiac, Neuro, or Transplant Reasonable call schedule : 1:7 rotation with guaranteed post-call day off. Call is beeper from home! Daily staffing : 6 CRNAs and 1 in-house MD (12-hour shifts, 24-hour coverage) Collaborative team : 8 CRNAs and 5 anesthesiologists working in a supportive, professional environment Qualifications: Board certified New grads welcome! We provide mentorship and onboarding support.
