Job Description Job Description Position Title: Laboratory Director Shift: Day Shift Job Summary and Qualifications The Laboratory Director is responsible for the planning, coordination, and oversight of all laboratory services, including blood bank, chemistry, hematology, and microbiology. This role provides leadership, direction, and administrative management for the laboratory department, ensuring high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance. The Director communicates organizational expectations to staff, promotes a culture of accountability and excellence, and upholds the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct. This position supports and advances the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
