Job Description Job Description Imperial Health Outpatient Clinic Job Title: Physical Therapist Clinical Director This position is: Full-time (Monday - Friday) Position Location: Lake Charles, LA GENNERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Physical Therapist Clinical Director will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients who have health conditions that limit their ability to move and perform everyday activities. This position will be required to provide direction and leadership to support staff. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Implement and monitor therapeutic exercises and activities Provide education to patients on injury prevention and at-home exercise Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients Maintain accurate and timely documentation Evaluate and maintain equipment Provide direction and leadership to support staff REQUIREMENTS: BS, MS, or doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Louisiana Minimum of 5 years of experience in an outpatient therapy setting as a Physical Therapist Minimum of 5 years of Team Lead/Supervisor Experience
