Job Description:
The Nurse, with relevant clinical experience, practices
independently, providing routine and complex care while managing
long-term goals and contingencies. Responsibilities include
delivering nursing care per ANA standards, assessing patient needs,
administering medications, documenting thoroughly, and educating
patients and families. Core competencies involve utilizing the
nursing process, ensuring patient flow, managing unit operations,
promoting safety, and adhering to regulations. Technical skills
encompass clinical policies, health info documentation, medical
equipment, order processing, chart interpretation, and patient
safety practices. Requirements include a BSN (preferred), at least
1 year of relevant experience, RN licensure, BLS, and specialty
certifications like STABLE and NRP within specified timeframes. New
hires must complete orientation, preceptorship, and competency
validations. The schedule is 7PM-7AM, full-time.
