CRNA Opening - Houston Area

• Clinical Role:

  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible
    CRNA
  • Work out of 4 ASCs; 2 hospitals
  • 7:00 am- 3:30 pm; 30 minute lunch
  • Bread and Butter cases - healthy ENT peds, OB/GYN, minimal neuro, ENT, orthopedics - no vascular or heart,
  • Physicians do blocks
  • CRNAs do spinals
  • Work withy 26 MDs / 22 CRNAs (some are PRN, others full time).
  • 8-10 cases per day; office does 150 daily
  • Inpatient/Outpatient work
  • Call: weekends 1:6 will be changing to 1:8 - pager call
  • Next day off with call, OB pre and post day off with call
  • ACLS, PALS, ATLS required
  • Paper charts; will be migrating to an EMR in the future
  • Organization Information:
    • Guaranteed $190K for new grads- increases with experience (plus overtime pay)
