Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Private Practice
Therapists.
Key Responsibilities:
Build partnerships with community organizations and referral
sources to drive new business
Inspire and mentor a team of counselors while supervising key
operational staff
Manage operations including billing, scheduling, compliance, and
collaborate on client intake and service delivery
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of management experience in a behavioral health
or clinical setting
Proven sales experience with a strong track record in client
relationships within healthcare
Knowledge of recruitment, retention, and performance management in
commission-based roles
Understanding of billing operations, insurance procedures, and
practice management tools
Master's degree in a related field preferred
