Job Description:
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse Telehealth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephonic patient care and support for medication
adherence and disease management
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and evaluate
comprehensive care plans
Educate patients and caregivers through outbound calls and utilize
telecommunications nursing outreach programs
Required Qualifications
Unrestricted current compact RN license in Texas with the ability
to be licensed in multiple states
3+ years of clinical RN experience
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word,
Excel, and Outlook
Candidate must reside in Texas
RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
