Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Responsibilities

• Provide routine and complex care to patients in a variety of clinical settings.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to other care providers as needed.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
  • At least 3 years of RN experience in Medical Surgical.
  • BLS certification required.
  • RN License in state of employment or compact.
  • Current PALS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, and NIHSS certifications.
