*Sign On & Relocation: *Upto $10,000 (2-year commitment)

*Requirements:*
* *Must have Hospital Laboratory experience(MLT or MT experience) \*Flexible on Years of experience *
* *Supervisor experience is preferred*
* *MT (ASCP), CLS (NCA), MLS (ASCP) or, as appropriate, BB(ASCP), C(ASCP), I (ASCP), H(ASCP), or M(ASCP) certification or equivalent required OR registry/certification eligible*

*Summary*

As a Clinical Laboratory Manager, you will oversee laboratory operations, ensuring high standards of quality control and efficient specimen processing. Reporting to the Laboratory Director, your core skills in data management, laboratory management, and supervising experience will be essential in leading a team of medical technologists. Your premium skills in techniques such as PCR, ELISA, and flow cytometry will enhance our clinical trials and research efforts. With required certifications like BB(ASCP) and M(ASCP), you will play a vital role in delivering accurate and timely laboratory results that support patient care.

*Responsibilities*
* Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with quality control standards and safety protocols.
* Manage specimen collection and processing, while supervising laboratory staff and coordinating schedules.
* Implement and maintain document management systems for accurate data tracking.
* Conduct training for new staff on laboratory procedures and equipment use.
* Collaborate with clinical teams to support research and clinical trials, utilizing advanced techniques such as PCR and ELISA.
