Success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize training content and programs in
collaboration with the Enablement team
Track and manage content creation and usage with sales and
marketing teams
Monitor program progress and report updates to leadership and
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in a high-performance sales organization in
sales, enablement, or learning and development
Strong understanding of Enterprise sales and development of sales
content and training
Experience with content management and learning management
systems
Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
teams
