Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor an internal design team, fostering growth and

Manage the cover production process, ensuring error-free and timely
delivery of files
Collaborate with various departments to ensure design consistency
and efficiency
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in book and/or graphic design; management
experience preferred
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and understanding of print
production processes
Strong understanding of brand consistency and market trends
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
A growth mindset with a focus on design and technology
innovations
