A company is looking for a Remote Operations Manager to oversee
scheduling and logistics for tours across multiple cities.
Key Responsibilities - What You'll Do:
Manage complex scheduling for tour guides across 50+ cities,
ensuring availability aligns with tour demand
Oversee and optimize daily operations for multiple small tour
companies, ensuring smooth execution
Train and onboard new staff across 50+ cities, ensuring they are
well-prepared for their roles
Qualifications - What We're Looking For:
4+ years of operations or management experience, preferably in
customer service, logistics, or hospitality
Proven experience in scheduling and logistics management across
multiple locations
Availability for evening shifts as needed and weekend availability
(Saturday & Sunday)
A professional and dependable work ethic, with a positive and
proactive attitude
