Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Engagement
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for a portfolio of
enterprise clients
Oversee client onboarding, platform usage, and drive sustainable
adoption programs
Manage client communications and identify opportunities for
contract renewals and relationship expansion
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of client management experience
3-5 years of Customer Success/Engagement experience at a SaaS or
technology company
Experience in large enterprise contact centers preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
