Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Frontline Enablement
to lead the development and implementation of enablement
initiatives for frontline teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a comprehensive enablement strategy aligned
with business objectives
Lead continuous improvement of training materials and change
management efforts
Oversee the rollout of new technologies and tools, integrating them
into daily workflows
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in enablement, learning &
development, or CX operations
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or senior management
role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Learning & Development,
Organizational Development, or a related field (preferred)
Proven success in designing and implementing large-scale enablement
programs
Experience with AI technologies and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce,
Zendesk)
