Citadel Completions aspirations for providing the VVIP/VIP aviation
community with unequaled quality, speed and customer relations in
the narrow and wide-body completions sector, we are seeking an
experienced, motivated and knowledgeable sales director. This
individual develops, maintains and interacts with domestic and
international clients within the VVIP/VIP market to increase sales
and/or services through product knowledge, education and value
proposition. The Completion Sales Director is responsible for
directing, coordinating and overseeing sales activities leading to
the successful implementation of aircraft
Completion/Modification/Refurbishment projects at our beautiful
Lake Charles facility. The successful candidate is a professional
who has solid experience and is well versed in all aspects of
VIP/VVIP Aircraft Completions and the interior build process to
include CMS/IFE and Aircraft Systems. The candidate should be well
versed in FAA regulations and associated certification
requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for managing
the full sales cycle - from preplanning to servicing the customer.
Responsibilities
- Maintains the Citadel culture of excellence and exceptional
customer experience standard.
- Develops sales specific strategies, secures management's
commitment and leverages company resources to foster business
growth through a comprehensive understanding of multiple products,
services, processes and resources.
- Conducts valid and relevant research of the Aircraft
Completions Market and utilizes data to execute high-level
decisions to initiate, direct and close successful completions
sales opportunities
- Initiates and advance customer relationships to become a
trusted business partner by Citadel and the client.
- Develops relationships with our key suppliers, vendors and
OEM's such as Boeing and Airbus.
- Negotiates sales activities or other proposal/contract
parameters as needed and directed by Citadel leadership.
- Communicates concise and comprehensive customer status and
priorities to the Citadel leadership and Sales team.
- Provides Client with an on-site direct point of contact
regarding completion and refurbishment activities in accordance
with Citadel leadership communication plans.
- Presents financial reports, specifically related to completions
sales revenue to other members of the Executive Team.
- Continuously develops and enhances knowledge through research
and analysis of varying completion offerings such as IFE/CMS
systems.
- Supports engineering, supply chain, program management,
production, quality and certification requirements. Job
Requirements Summary of Education, Experience & Certification
- Successful previous experience in VVIP/VIP aviation completion
sales.
- Desired Bachelor's degree with a combined minimum of 10 years
related experience.
- Aerospace background and aircraft interior industry experience
required.
- Desired A&P Certification. Required Knowledge, Skills &
Abilities --- Ability to work well independently and
cross-functionally as part of an established and growing team. ---
Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate. --- Ability to
effectively recognize sales opportunities. --- Demonstrated
experience with high-level, critical, analytic and strategic
thinking. --- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive
inquiries. --- Demonstrated track record of strong people
leadership, communication, time-management and problem-solving
skills. --- Detailed understanding, knowledge and experience of
aircraft completions and maintenance programs. --- Must possess
broad technical knowledge and familiarity of aircraft, maintenance,
interior completions and FAA/EASA certification. --- Ability to
read and interpret engineering drawings and have knowledge of
aircraft parts, assembly and installation. --- Ability to make
effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on complex
topics to top management, Clients and project teams. ---
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications and
Project Management software. Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and lift up to 25
lbs.
- Travel 50% of time
