Job Description:
A software development company is filling a position for a
Remote Software Engagement Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following
responsibilities:
Develop the project plan for each implementation
Work closely with Sales team to draft and deliver Statements of
Work to customers
Collaborate with internal teams to schedule deliverables and ensure
project success
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Engineering, or equivalent experience
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong analytical skills regarding technical and project management
issues
Experience in a customer-facing environment such as sales,
technical consulting, or enterprise customer support
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues at a high level to
determine the appropriate path to resolution
