EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Four (4) year college required.
Ten (10) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination
of education and experience required.
Four (4) years of experience in a food and beverage leadership role
at a casino resort required. Nightclub experience preferred.
Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health
department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.
Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures.
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, team members
and management in English, specific to position duties and
Must be able to complete standard forms and reports.

required to stand and walk. Must be able to lift, push and pull up
to 50 lbs.
