in Lake Charles, LA., wants you to join our Team! This position is
located on site, in Lake Charles, LA. Our Fabrication Center does
amazing work to support our aircraft modification programs at Lake
Charles. This important work is critical the the Warfighter! You
will support all programs as needed, but primarily the E-7 MESA
Program. What You’ll Get to Do: Oversees and manages the
operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison
between the program management office and the project teams. Take
initiative proactively, manage multiple competition priorities at
once, interface professionally with internal and external
stakeholders, and work at an exceptionally rapid and fast pace
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet
productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and
objectives. Reviews status of projects; manages meetings and
prepares status reports. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project
progress and for intervention and problem solving with project
managers, line managers, and clients. Understand and report on
program Operations status at the required level of detail to the
Program Manager, Sector Executive Management and customers. Work
with cross organizational teams and customers to set and clearly
articulate goals/priorities and successfully communicate them to
key staff. NGSkills Basic Qualifications: A High School diploma and
a minimum of 6 yrs of Project Management experience. A Bachelor’s
degree with 2 years of relevant experience, may also be considered.
Able to excel in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt to
change. Strong attention to detail and the ability to function
independently, meet deadlines, and drive tasks to completion.
Experience supporting customers in a project/technical lead role.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task with competing demands. Strong
interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to collaborate with cross functional teams. Knowledge of
Digital Process Platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Power Automate, Jira,
Confluence) and Workflow Development. Experience with MS Office
Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and other core Office
applications. Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance, if required. US
Citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of Project
Management Experience. Proficient in Lean and Six Sigma processes.
Experience working in technology or development organizations.
Familiarity with Cost Estimation, Proposal Development, and Methods
for Tracking Schedule and Cost Based Progress. A current DOD
Clearance. Primary Level Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $142,600.00 The
above salary range represents a general guideline; however,
Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining
base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the
position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and
current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may
be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary
bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to
reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share
in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director
positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition,
Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health
insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan,
Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or
