Smartphone Repair TechnicianUnited Smart Tech offers a network of professional, experienced technicians covering six (6) states. Our goal is to simplify our customers' lives by bringing expert technical services right to their doorstep. We go where they are when they need us. That's where you come in; fixing smartphones for our customers.We are seeking individuals who are looking to build a career in the Smartphone Repair industry. If you are self-motivated, customer-oriented, and willing to take on new challenges every day then we would love to hear from you! Mobile device technical expertise is required.Fundamental Responsibilities (What You Do):* Service, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices* Repair smartphone screens with LCD replacements* Open, disassemble, repair the parts, and reassembled units when done* Proven ability to maintain professionalism, with a commitment to customer service* Manage job schedules and appointments* Must be technically adequateMinimum Education/Experience Requirements (Your Experience):* Excellent communication and customer service skills required* High School diploma or equivalent. Degree or certification in a computer/IT or related field is a plus* Valid driver's license, a clean driving record and an automobile in good working conditions with insurance coverage* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. * Authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred Qualifications (Not Required but Would Help):* Experience in repairing electronics, smartphones, computer hardware/software, PC/MACs, and game consoles* Previous experience working in a related field* Previous customer-facing experience a plus (i.e. B2B sales, retail, wireless, or consumer electronic sales experience preferred, etc.)* College students and new grads welcomed, technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics a plusPosition Type: 1099 Independent ContractorUnited Smart Tech is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
